Jake Bonacci the Xtreme Couture strength and conditioning coach is taking on new clients. Jake will design and implement a program for you suited to your goals. Programs will run over the course of 10 weeks. There will be 2 private sessions per week, led by Jake. The cost is $1,200.
Jake has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. He has worked with Randy in preparation for the Gabriel Gonzaga fight and trains the professional members of the Xtreme Couture team.
