Forrest Griffin captured the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship last night by defeating Quinton “Rampage” Jackson by unanimous decision. If you haven’t seen it yet, go watch it now. Definitely the fight of the year.
The Xtreme Couture team now boasts three world Champions as Forrest joins Randy and Jay Hieron.
Congratulations are also in order for Tyson Griffin who put on a masterful performance against Marcus Aurelio, winning by unanimous decision. Hopefully we see Tyson getting a title shot on a UFC show in the near future.
Joe Stevenson a good friend of the gym also won last night, submitting Gleison Tibau in the second round with a guillotine choke.
